In Dragon Age Origins for the PS3, how can you tell the approval rating of a party member?

I how can you tell the exact number, is there a way? I can only find the bar on the character records page, but I need to know how to tell the number so I know when I can get the companion quests for Leliana and Alistair.In Dragon Age Origins for the PS3, how can you tell the approval rating of a party member?
Open the character window , it should be displayed below the character itself as a bar , on one side you have a heart and on the other side u have a broken one
