What do the different colors indicate on the equipment screen in Dragon Age?

The screen where you are shown a character and you can equip them with different armor and weapons, there are a list of numbers on the bottom right of the window with your character in it, the number are either white, red or green...can anyone tell me what these colors mean? What would be easier to care about would be checking the "More info" panel. This panel appears when you press I believe square for the PS3.



This panel explains about the equipment, shows you level required, along with whether you can equip it or not.



Those colors are just other indicators of the same information such as what Tier of Weaponry, etc. You won't have to worry about what the colors mean as long as you open up the "More info" panel.
